For Inorganic Chemistry - O.P Tandon has ample theory and excellent questions that will help check progress and also test you as well.

For Organic Chemistry - I would say O.P Tandon rules here too.( I have seen ABC's book, it lacks a bit in theory and mechanisms.)

For Physical Chemistry - there's no best book for this. Try coaching material (FIITJEE or Reso). I think physical Chemistry is a lot about understanding rather than learning sums and formulas. If you know content well, even with less practice you can easily solve questions.
