Actually, agar dekha jaye to human capital is better than physical. because business koi bhi ho log ki wajah se chalate hai or unke hamare bich ke relation se. usme real pyar or behave, honesty ki wajah se..mai ye nhi kahta ki physical relation ya capital important nhi..but, 1rs. se 10rs. 10-100; 100-1000 or is tarah aage tak jaya ja sakta hai but, human relation ke bager its imposible
