1. All the four factors of production - land , labour , physical capital and human capital reinforce each other and each is important in itself and has a role to play.
2. However , I would choose human capital as the best as it acts as the fulcrum on which rest of the factors revolve and helps in achieving desired goals with more ease and efficiently as well.
3. Companies like Microsoft are now where they are because of this principle that they followed during its initial stages.
4. Investment in human capital would have a multiplying effect on the brand image and value addition of a company.
5. By proper vocational training , human capital can be enriched in a way that would create skilled man-force and achieve organizational goals in the long run.
6. Also it would help in institutionalizing organizational values and carves a distinct niche of its own.
7. The Japanese and the Koreans have reaped dividends of investing in human capital with rapid increase in their growth rate and economic development.
8. Thus , human capital's role is all the more justified in today's world for higher returns and sustained growth.
