Any protein, glycoprotein, steroid or hormone secreted by cell goes through golgi apparatus in the final phase of production. It is in golgi apparatus only that a vesicle is formed which fuses with the plasma membrane and the content is secreted. Thus organelle involved in secretion is Golgi apparatus and to some extent plasma membrane.
