in chemical methods one can use antiseptics,disinfectants and chemotheraputic agents for microbial control.
chemical substances used on living tissues that ingabit the growth of microorganisms are called antiseptics.
and chemicals for disinfection are oxidizing and reducing agents.e.g: helogens,phenols,hydrogen peroxide,alcohol ,formaldehyde these all inhibit growth of vegatative cells and used on non livinv materials.
