1. Select the cell for which you want to reduce the margin.

2. Right click on the cell and select the ‘Format cells’ option.

3. A dialog box will appear and then click on the ‘Alignment’ tab.

4. Choose Center using the horizontal and vertical drop-down list.

5. And then click ‘Ok’.

6. Adjust the column width and row height to leave white space on both sides of the cell contents and white space above and below the cell contents respectively.
