But, in certainty, there is a minimum no. of outcomes that have confirmation not possibility in probability.

In probability, there must not be the possibilities more than that. But is certainty, there must not be the confirmations less than that.

So, according to question, there may be no runner which is a teacher and there may be all attendees that are runners.

And in my opinion, All the attendees are runners - is more certain.
