For example lets take an IT employee who is leading a team with high salary.she have well versed with her salary and she is getting enough appreciations from respective clients and management.She can share all his appreciations to his team by giving some gifts to them.
In this case she must be happy with all going well with her team members but she know what efforts she applied to achieve task with team or herself. But she must know her team members flaws since she is managing them and she must want them to be fulfilled in all aspects.Because no employee can be perfect until he is learning things.Here she want to make her employees to be strong in their knowledge and look over them since they might be fired if management knows they are un capable.
In above explanation she is happy with her achievements but lake of motivation,satisfaction and performance
