Before the 1997, Honk Kong was  part of Britain a special autonomous region, now part of China. When Honk Kong was the part of Britain; there was also system of dual suffrage. Citizen of Hong Kong used to vote for both Britain and Honk Kong.

But at present Honk Kong is part of China and there is no voting system i.e. China doesn't have any suffrage system.
