Sultan Azlan Shah Cup hockey tournament is held every year in Malaysia for men. This tournament was first played in 1983 in Malaysia only.

But from 1988, official annual tournaments started.

Looking at the current tournaments, this year, the Sultan Azlan Shah cup tournament was held in Ipoh, Malaysia which was from 23rd March to 30th March. South Korea won this tournament by defeating Indian team.

Total 6 teams participate in this tournament. Out of which , Australia has won most number of times (10 times).
