crop rotation is very important feature that should be followed by the farmers in order to retain the fertility of the soil.
Explanation:
Repeated sowing of single variety of plants may result in the loss of fertility in the soil.
So agriculturist suggest that crop rotation method should be implemented by showing leguminous plants as alternative as nitrogen fixation takes place in the soil due to the nitrogen fixing bacteria which live as Symbiosis in the roots of leguminous plants.
Plants like peas, brassicaceae family members can be sown as alternatives.
