Which cylinder :
1- the hollow cylinder (HC) which it’s mass = 0.4 kg and it’s radius R = 0.0426 m for outer and R = 0.045 m for inner .
2- the Soild cylinder (SC) which it’s mass = 0.4 kg and it’s radius R = 4.5 m
Which of them has higher moment of inertia ? And why ?
