1. his table was applicable till calcium, after calcium every 8th element doesn't posses the same property.
2. he assumed that only 56 elements would be there and no other element will be discovered.
3. In order to fit elements in his table he adjusted 2 elements in same slot, like Cobalt and nickel...

◆ He was put the two elements together (nickel and cobalt) .
◆ His classification were based on laws of octaves and atomic masses.
◆ He discovered 56 elements in nature and no more elements would be discovered whose properties did not fit into newlands law of octaves.
