1. Anandpur Sahib Resolutions: Summarised extracts of the resolution is given below:

The Shiromani Alkali Dal understand that India is a federal republic.


It is an agglomerate of different languages, religions, and cultures.


For the protection of the fundamental capacity of the religious minorities, and to satisfy the demands and make the way for economic progress, it is necessary that Indian constitutional infrastructure should be in good shape.

Alkali Dal requests Janata Government to recognize different linguistic and cultural population of India and of religious minorities for the unity and integrity of the country.


Also for the purpose to play an important role in the progress Indian people by the exercise of their powers.”

In this meeting of the Shiromani Akali Dal appeal before the Government of India to review carefully the wrongs, and illegal actions committed against the Sikhs]by the previous Congress Government.
