F = (-2 ,1 )    F' = (-8  , - 4)

G = (-3 , 3)   G' = (-12 ,  -12)

H = ( 0 , 1)    H'  = ( 0 , - 4)

Hence x' = 4x    and  y' = -4y

FH =  2 unit

F'H'  = 8 units

Scale of 4  

Reflection across x axis  - x remains a and y becomes -y

Hence reflection across x axis and dilation of 4
