The main function is to make movement .but it also helps stabilize our joints, maintain our posture and generate heat during activity.
smoot muscles control involuntary movements and voluntary movements is carried by skeletal muscles

➡️you are able to walk because of your skeletal muscle.
➡️you can digest because of the smooth muscles and the heart beats because of cardiac Muscles.

➡️ for instance, when you run (skeletal muscle), your heart pumps harder (cardiac muscle) and causes you to breathe heavier (smooth muscle).
