A few Bacterial diseases are:

● Cholera: it is a bacterial disease caused by a bacteria called vibrae cholerae and is generally transmitted through consumption of contaminated food or water.

● Leprosy: It is also called as Hansen's disease. It is caused by a bacteria called mycobacterium leprae and is a contagious disease.

● Pulmonary Tuberculosis: It is a bacterial disease caused by a bacteria called mycobacterium tuberculae. It spreads through air by the droplets that sustain in air by the contaminated person.

● Whooping Cough: This bacterial disease is caused by Bordetella pertussis and is an air borne disease. It spreads through droplets released in air by a contaminated or ill person. It get its another name pertussis from the bacteria which causes it.
