Mercury and bromine only. Room temperature usually implies 25 C. Galliumbecomes a liquid at just under 30 C, 29.82 C if I remember correctly. It is barely a solid at 25 C but will become a liquid in your hand.

Answer:

The element which is not liquid at 30 degree Celsius is Ge.

Explanation:

  • There are in total six elements that can be liquid at actual room temperature(20^{0} and 25^{0}) and pressure.
  • Only two such elements can be liquids at room temperature are bromine and mercury.
  • The atomic number of bromine is 35
  • The atomic number of mercury is 80.
  • Ge is germanium and it is classified as a metalloid
  • It is hard at room temperature and looks like metallic with a shiny silver grey finish.
  • It is semiconductor.

Hence the element which is not liquid at 30 degree Celsius is Ge.
