2. Some common features which are almost the same among all the living organisms are that distinguish them from the non-living objects are listed below-

c. Consumption

d. Growth, maturation, and development

e. Containing energy to perform activities

f. Senses

g. Metabolism

3. Non-living objects do not have any of the above-mentioned features.

4. Examples of organisms and non-living objects are human beings, animals, and plants; soil, rock, climate, physical features of the earth, geological objects, respectively. Endless examples are belonging to both categories.
