To make your heart and lungs stronger you should do aerobic dancing, bicycling, brisk walking, stationary cycling, hiking uphill, jogging, jumping rope, rowing, running in place, and swimming.

Yoga is the best for better functioning of funds and heart. Bicycling,aerobic exercise,pranayama,running,swimming,brisk exercise, walking,jogging,taichi is also the best exercise,dancing also helps a lot,kegel exercise help too etc... Hope this helps.... Pls mark as brainliest......
