Which food is better to bodybuild?veg or non veg
Answers
There are many vegetarian food for protein. e.g. soybean
You can find protein rich vegetarian food from internet so I am not listing it here.
Soybean is better than nonveg food. Please read following.
Soybeans are considered by many agencies to be a source of complete protein.[23] A complete protein is one that contains significant amounts of all the essential amino acids that must be provided to the human body because of the body's inability to synthesize them. For this reason, soy is a good source of protein, amongst many others, for vegetarians and vegans or for people who want to reduce the amount of meat they eat. According to the US Food and Drug Administration:
Soy protein products can be good substitutes for animal products because, unlike some other beans, soy offers a 'complete' protein profile. ... Soy protein products can replace animal-based foods—which also have complete proteins but tend to contain more fat, especially saturated fat—without requiring major adjustments elsewhere in the diet.

Also do not go for any ready made protein supplement for faster body building.

Thanks for the A2A.
Cold hard truth, vegetarians are at a disadvantage when it comes to gaining muscle. So can't you gain muscle? Yes you can, but the amount is different. So is the rate. You can turn non-vegetarian or you can be an ovo/lacto-vegetarian and build insane amounts of muscle. It all comes down to how you workout and how you manage your diet.
But if you want to turn in to a non-vegetarian, sure, go ahead. It's not like someone's stopping you(even if someone is, it's your choice anyway).
