Which form of government is considered non democratic?

where there is no free and fair elections,equal voting right,right of freedom,where the final power rest with the person not elected by the people etc..then this form of government is considered non democratic.

This is a government that rules the people not out their own choosing of the people they wish to lead them but self imposed leaders. It is a case where there are no rights to vote a leader of your choice but whoever is in power still has control of the decisions of the citizens. It mainly occurs in monarchical and dictatorial administrations.
