Which form of sugar is transported through phloem?

when sugar are produced in photosynthesis, these sugar must be transported to other part of plant for use in their plant metabolism. Sucrose produced is moved by passive transport in the companion cell of phloem in leaf veins............PLEASE MARK IT AS BRAIN LIST..
