You should be enrich with all necessay vitamins therefore you are recommanded to eat different fruts which provides you with these vitamins and minirals

like potato for carbohydrates
tomato for vitamin C
spinach for vitamin A and K
radish for iron
eggs for protien
fatty fish like tuna for vitamin D
vitamin B12 s found in poultry products like meat
cooking oils like olive oils and almonds for vitamin E

--eat kiwi,lemons,orange,guava,amla for vitaminC

--Peanuts for niacin

Spinach for vitamin k and B9

--banana and avacado for vitamin B6

--Vitamin K Sources:.

– Cauliflower.

– Cereals.

– Cabbage.

And you need to take other cereals and nuts and oils to maintain a healthy life and also protien and 2 glasses of milk everyday.
