spinach for vitamin A and K

eggs for protien
fatty fish like tuna for vitamin D
vitamin B12 s found in poultry products like meat

--eat kiwi,lemons,orange,guava,amla for vitaminC
--Peanuts for niacin
Spinach for vitamin k and B9
--banana and avacado for vitamin B6
