The fundamental skills of Kho Kho are Running and chasing, Among them running skill is the one that I enjoy the most. Explanation:

• Among them the skill that I enjoyed the most is running.
• Though chasing our opponent will be interesting, Running away from the opponent team without getting caught will be more challenging and joyful.  
• On the other hand, being a runner you have the option to run in both straight chain manner or in a zig zag manner, Thus it will be more enjoyable for anyone to rather be a runner than a chaser.Thus running skill is the one fundamental skill that I enjoy the most.
