HI, first of all sorry for my bad english.

I have an Early 2008 iMac (20 inch), with some problems with graphics card (i think).

If i boot the computer normally, computer freezes on a white screen (before the Login Screen but after loading).

When i boot it in Safe Mode, it works but really really slowly, and there is like a glitchy square (full of dotted horizontal lines) that follows the mouse.

Tried to update OS, update Firmwares (found on Apple Firmware update page).

I tried to reinstall El Capitan (clean install), but nothing..

I booted the Mac in recovery, Utility, Terminal, and with some Terminal commands i deleted the kext of Graphics card, and i was able to boot iMac normally, but was really slow, like Safe Mode..

When i open Application folder, animation takes from 3 to 5 seconds, showing 2-3 frames...

So I think that i have to change the Graphics Card, I found guide on iFixit and I took apart the Mac and removed the Graphics Card (Ati Radeon 2600 HD Pro, 256 MB)

The problem was the Graphics Card or something else? Where I can find a new Graphics Card (obviously used but working, or something new but compatible).
