The second one is good and I think u can write faster in it.
If u can write faster in the first one, I say they'll be very impressed.

The first one is a mature handwriting...... if your papers are being checked by your own teachers..... then you should write in your first handwriting..... it is impressive.....
The second one is helpful.... if your papers are being checked by the teachers of other schools...... they may not understand your first handwriting...... :)
