Which has a greater area-a square with side 18 cm or a rectangle with sides 20 cm and 16 cm?By how much is one area greater than the other?​

Answer:

Area of a square= side* side

18*18= 324 cm²

Area of rectangle= length* breadth

= 20*16= 320 cm²

Hence area of the square is greater by 4 cm
