Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

According to question ,

Perimeter of square = 88

4a = 88

a = 11 cm

Area of square = a2=11*11=121 cm2.... (eqn 1)

Perimeter of circle = 88

2 *22/7*r = 88

r= 88*7/2*22

r=14 cm

The area of circle = pie r 2

22/7*196= 22*28 = 616 cm 2 ...... (Eqn 2)

From 1 and 2 we can say that

Area of circle is greater than area of square ie

616 cm2 is greater than 121cm2

Dear Hope it helps you .....

I will not compel to mark me as the brainliest answer . If you are really satisfied / like it mark it....

kishorem379p7f3tf: There are some spelling mistakes . Besides mark there would be no n and there will be no yy in really and only one y and another l should be added
kishorem379p7f3tf: Sorry for the mistakes
kishorem379p7f3tf: I typed mistakenly

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

side of square =p/4

                        =88cm/4=22cm

area of square=side^2

                        =22cm*22cm

                        =484cm^2

radius of circle=c/2*pi

                        =88cm/2*7/22=14cm

area of circle=pi*r^2

                    =308cm^2

from above discussion we get ;

area of square is greater than the area of circle by(484cm^2-308cm^2)=176cm^2
