Fluorine has high bond energy because it is smallest among these molecules so it is tightly bounded to other fluorine atom due to greater nucklear charge.

Cl2 has more bond energy than F2 as due to small size of F2 electronic repulsion is very high so bond energy is low compared with Cl2 and Br2
