HCl is an example of strong acid which ionize fully in solution while CH3COOH is a weak acid which is partially ionize

HCl H+ (aq)   + Cl- (aq)

1M    1 M              1 M

CH3COOH  + H2O < = > CH3COO- (aq)  + H+(aq)

1M HCl has higher concentration of H^+ ions

Explanation:

Weak acids are those substances which dissociate partially to give  ions when dissolved in water.

CH_3COOH\rightleftharpoons CH_3COO^-+H^+

Strong acids are those substances which dissociate completely to give  ions when dissolved in water.

HCl\rightarrow H^++Cl^-

Thus as HCl dissociates completely, thus it has more number of H^+ ions.
