R-SH is much stronger acid than R-OH because the size of sulphur atom is much bigger than oxygen atom thereby making the bond length of S—H much longer than O—H bond.
And we know, longer is the bond, More easy it it is to break.
Bond length is inversely proportional to the bond enthalpy(the energy required to break any bond)
Cleavage of S—H and O—H bond is necessary to release Hydrogen ion (H^+). Any species which can release Hydrogen ion easily, is considered to be a stronger acid(according to Arrhenius theory of acids and bases)
Out of RSH and ROH,
RSH can release Hydrogen ion easily than ROH Because bond enthalpy of S—H bond is much lower than O—H
