a) Diabetes mellitus- Insulin
b) Goitre- Thyroxine and triiodothyronine.
c) Cretinism- Thyroxine.

The hormonal deficiency that is responsible for-  


(a)Diabetes mellitus- is insulin. In this, there are high level of blood sugar.


There are 3 types of Diabetes Mellitus- Type 1 DM, Type 2 DM and Gestational Diabetes.


(b)Goitre- is iodine. Goitre is the swelling in the neck caused due to the improper functioning of the thyroid gland.


(c) Cretinism- is iodine. It refers to hypothyroidism in new borns.
