Water balance and regulation inside our body is maintained by vasopressin, also known as antidiuretic hormone (ADH). Pituitary gland releases ADH, on getting stimulas from hypothalamus. Antidiuretic hormone along with the collecting ducts of the kidney, promotes reabsorption of water.
