Adrenaline Hormone is known as emergency hormone in our body.
When we face any emergency situation, then adrenaline is secreted into the blood which starts reacting on certain specific target organs like heart and lungs.
Because of release of adrenaline, the heart start beating faster supplying more oxygen to the muscles and the blood flowing to the digestive system and skin reduces due to contraction of arteries around these muscles.
This results in increased blood flow to the skeletal system of the body.
The lungs also supply oxygen more rapidly because of fast contractions of the rib muscles and diaphragm.
