Aldosterone is the hormone secreted by adrenal or suprarenal gland which is poured on distal convoluted tubule (a part of nephron after ascending loop of Henle and before collecting duct). This hormone makes the wall of DCT permeable which leads to the reabsorption of Na+, K+, and H+.
Here one more hormone ADH(Antidiuretic hormone) acts which is secreted by posterior part of Pituitary gland.
