Hypothalamus the processing centre, part of our brain which helps in regulating body temperature. It activated effectors in our body and alerts sweat gland and body hairs during change of temperature.

● VASOCONSTRICTION which is narrowing of blood vessels in winter when it is very cold

● VADODILATION which is broadening of bloid vessels in winter so that more blood flows through them

whereas HYPOTHALAMUS of the brain regulates the temperature and is the main centre
