Which indian state has maximum concentration of poor?

Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Odisha, Rajasthan and West Bengal
in these states Bihar and Odisha are badly striken by poverty

Bihar bcz here most of people is at poverty line and they don't have money to fulfil their needs I hope it helps you
