Which Indian states have become open defecation free ?

As per the Ministry of Drinking water and Sanitation (MDWS), the following states are declared as open Defecation free:
1. Sikkim stands at first place.
2. Himmachal Pradesh stands second
3.Kerala stands third
It is estimated that by March 2017, Haryana , Uttarakand , Gujarat and Punjab may join the race for the position .
