1) Inequality means that what ever the equation is given after putting the value of the variables the solution would comes out either more or less than the value given in the equation.
2) if we find the range of the solution then we get the shaded part of the graph that depends on the sign of the inequality given in the question.
3) We get the shaded graph at right side when we have the > or ≥ sign in the equation.
4) We get the shaded graph at left side when we have the < or ≤ sign in the equation.
In the option A only we have the sign of ≤ so the answer is option A.
