For dosa , grind rice grains , after grinding , add cooking soda and keep whole night. Morning pour the dosa.
For Sambhar , mustard seeds, oil, curry leaves, corriander leaves, salt , toor dal, ginger , tomato, garlic, and boil the sambhar!
For, matar-paneer, same ingredients, extr is matar and paneer .
just fry the matar and paneer on pan before boiling!
