Both solutions will conduct electricity as they contain ions. All acids contain H+(aq) ions in solution. Sodium chloride is a neutral solution with a pH of 7. In neutral solutions, and pure water, the concentration of H+(aq) ions is equal to the concentration of OH-(aq) ions.
