A computer scientist is better because an ias can get imprisoned for several years for having not being honest and ias donot have to do any new or any creative things whereas computer scientist has to do almost everything creatively.I am not saying that ias js not good, no I don't mean that but from my point of view computer scientist is the better option.But,remember no offense only my thinking.
