in MPC there is a bright future

in bipc there is bright and independent future and we can save the lives of humans

so in my point of view bipc is better

but bipc tougher than MPC

bipc requires knowledge about biology, physics and chemistry and if we are not having knowledge about the subjects mentioned in bipc we should take MPC which contains maths, physics and chemistry

so if we are having knowledge in MPC we should take MPC and if we are having knowledge in bipc we should take bipc but bipc is quite tough than mpc
