Answer:
Explanation: I recently checked both the books for my brother’s exams and found that Oswaal has not updated their question bank as per the new pattern of CBSE 2021. They have included a few case-based MCQs just for the sake of the new pattern, the rest they have copied their old edition.
Educart, on the other hand, proved to be a much better choice because-
They have updated their question bank according to the latest paper pattern and reduced syllabus of the 2021–2022 session.
They provide 100+ new types of objective questions like case and assertion-reason based. They also provide important NCERT questions
Hey
I checked all the latest term-1 MCQ books for my cousin- Oswaal, educart, etc. I compared all the three and I’ll give my honest opinion here-
I wasn’t satisfied with Oswaal honestly because-
- The number of questions per chapter is much less and not enough for good preparation.
- I saw many mistakes in the solutions so it is not reliable.
I was finally satisfied with Educart term-1 question bank because-
- It provides 100+ new types of objective questions per chapter including case/competency, stand-alone and assertion-reason based MCQs according to the reduced syllabus.
- The solutions of the MCQs are accurate and well-explained and a related theory is also provided to help the students solve more same type of questions.
- The topic notes are given with each chapter with solved case-based questions for quick and effective revision.
Hope this helps!
