No one is the worst and no one is the best. It just depends upon the ruler or the president or prime minister or the king or queen in what they are rolling their nation states. For instance lord Rama was also a dictator and Kim Jong Un is also a dictator. The key is that we must maintain a balance between emotional and practical skills and always think for the welfare of the nation states. It doesn't matter that it is autocratic or democratic. It is just depend upon the ruler that how he treats his JanDhan.

Thus, all of the leaders do not get the things done in the same manner. Their style varies. The leadership style varies with the kind of people the leader interacts and deals with.
