which is better civil ingineer or iit?

Do u even know what is IIT
It is a institute not a course that u can do it
And civil engineering is a course and yes in IIT u can do civil engineering
But IIT is not easy to do as only the toppers of the country can join it only if u have reservation(sc/st) than u can easily go
