I think both are good in their ways :

As for private it is good in terms of hygiene and facilities. It good almost every to describe it , but it have demerits also the doctor's fee is very much high and the cost of treatment is very expensive. Not every person can afford treatment there

Public or government hospital are both good in treatment and in terms of fee.

The doctor fee is free(government pays them) and the medicine is almost free

every person can afford it ( people earning below average ).
