Both are good can't compare. But If I advise you then take RS Agrawal as a side book for maths preparation after completing the whole NCERT syllabus because in RD Sharma most of the questions are tough if you preparing for competitive studies then go with RD Sharma...But I think you should take NCERT exemplar most of the questions in CBSE board are from NCERT exemplar this year.....
