7/11 is greater than 7/12....because in 7/12 no..7 is divided in the 12 parts .but in no.7/11 7 is divided into 11 parts only....

so , Conclusion is that 7/11 is greater...

Find lcm of both denominators,

Lcm of 11 and 12 is 132.

=) 7/11 = 7/11 * 12/12 = 84/132

And

=) 7/12 = 7/12 * 11/11 = 77/132

Hence 7/11 is greater than 7/12.

Or

7/11 = 0.6363.....

And

7/12 = 0.5833.....

Hence 7/11 is greater than 7/12..
